Just finished the Bruce Trail, now I am lost on a Back Trail.
Lots of action on the pour, as in a feisty foam fest. It seems a bit carbonated. Nice fresh light spicy aroma. What resulted from the pour was a whip cream head, it was actually convex it was so foamy. As I drank it the head just hung to my glass like a milkshake.
First swig was a little weak and watery with more bitter than flavour. The bitter faded but didn’t disappear. Unfortunately the flavour never showed up. It’s picture should be on the side of a milk carton!
Watery and fizzy but strangely refreshing, certainly easy drinking, but definitely something missing, that would be flavour. Too light and watery, simple as that.
