Taking a walk down Mill Street with their pedestrian IPA. Part of their organic line of brewskies. You could call this IPA pedestrian, standard or classic. Since I am a Mill St. fan I will, opt for classic.* This classic IPA is a bit hoppy and a bit bitter, nothing too overwhelming. A refreshing ice cold IPA which stays on the beaten track, no surprises here. Organic may be the only differentiator from scores of other IPAs. Back to basics isn’t a bad thing. If you want a good basic IPA you can’t go wrong with this one. No surprises, good or bad. And is is organic so it has that going for it.
