A bright orange juice pour, radiant, with some bubbles feeding the foam topside. A tropical juicy hoppy aroma, very inviting. First taste is juice and hops, tangy with mild bitters. The first word that comes to mind is refreshing. It is easy drinking, the high IBU doesn’t really show up. A full mouthfeel of tropical mango juicy citrus with mild hops and almost not even there bitters which sounds unbalanced, but all parts complement each other just right. It’s definitely big swigable, so I obliged.
The butterfly and the beer, both are beautiful to behold and to hold. An admirable admiral from the Rivière-au-Renard brewer of La Gaspésie.
