This is a tropical tiger with a top of the food chain bite to it, aggressive juice and hops nicely balanced. The sharp middlin’ backend bitter migrates to the aftertaste as things smooth out a bit. What we end up with is a smooth juicer, which just happens to be a solid big swigger as the bitters backing off a bit.
