We all know the secret to a happy marriage is a healthy bank account and quality time apart. But did you know that some quality time together also helps? That provides a challenge for many of us. Take me for example. The wife likes to drink tea, quilt, garden and watch ER. I like to drink beer, fish, shoot pool and watch sports. So what to do together? That’s right, as a compromise we drink beer and watch sports together! I know I am a bit of a romantic. How about Super Bowl, pizza and beer? Bingo! As of this morning we are still married.
But the only beer the wife will drink is Sleeman’s Clear. Well I am nothing if not accommodating so I had myself a Clear during the big game too.
Very light, refreshing. For those who don’t drink beer (and are of age of course) this is a good “starter” beer for you. Since Miller Lite was introduced in the 60’s it seems that every brewer now has to have a “lite” beer. As far as light beers go, Sleeman has done a good job with Clear 2.0. It is the wife’s favourite and we all know she has good taste. After all, she picked me didn’t she.
