Just like the fly on the toilet seat, he’s getting pissed off. What is Tom so mad about anyway? Or is he crazy mad as opposed to angry mad? Hiking through the Rockies with a keg of beer on his back and a map and a fish in his hat, he could be either or both.
A surprisingly dark pour for an IPA, like a full bodied amber, with a white foamy head. Citrus aroma for sure but a more bitter than fruity taste. Very much a traditional IPA in my books, higher ABV, hoppy and bitter, not easy drinking but refreshing. Good beer. If Mad Tom taps into the keg on his back he will become Glad Tom, and if he drinks more than a few of these strong IPAs he will be In the Bag Tom.
