BBQ fired up. Steaks on the grill. Tunes on the deck. Sun shining and a frosty glass with an adult beverage at hand. Why am I smiling? Well, why wouldn’t I be? But perhaps a larger smile than usual because I have just lucked out. I bought this Ace Hill Pilsner to try just because I liked the look of the can. Sharp looking design, professional, crisp and clean etc. Stood out on the shelf so to speak. Great packaging, but it turns out the beer is pretty damn good too!
Easy drinking, refreshing, with a full flavour but no bitter to deal with. A great pilsner. Just like Maxwell House coffee*, it was good to the last drop. An ideal summer suds on a sunny day.
