Is this a faux internationale beer? Scottish Ale from Highlander in Canada, not Scotland. Like Scotch Tape (St. Paul Minnesota) and Butterscotch (Doncaster, England), scotch but not Scottish. And what a cool looking beer can, it should come with a blacklite. Psychedelic flashbacks to the 70’s! The can says Slàinte. If you are fluent in Scots Gaelic dialect you will recognize that as Cheers! I had to google it.

Nice amber pour, and a great flavor, a very enjoyable brew, good for what ales you.

They say this session ale from Highlander is well balanced, true enough, I didn’t spill a drop and I am glad I didn’t. Great beer.
