Saturday night and I had a beer in one hand and my salty nuts in the other hand and I was feeling good. Wait a minute, that doesn’t sound right? How about this, I had a snack ready to go and was looking forward to trying this new beer. That’s better.
A dark amber lager, Urbock is noted as a strong beer because of it’s 6%. Nice dark amber pour and looks great in the glass but that won’t even buy you a ride at the fair. It’s the beer that has to do the talking. And what a great beer it is. Lots of flavor but not over powering, smooth and easy drinking. Just a great beer. Creemore calls it a special edition, I hope they keep brewing it. Well worth a taste. Kudos Creemore, well done. Did I mention it’s a great beer? Well it is.
