RS: Nothing more sociable than a sociable I always say. Based on Rick’s recommendation I have a Head Stock lined up for this evening.
RA: I don’t think its God zing in bier Truman allergy yet I’m not going to try to correct that read it phonetically
RS: ???
RA: It has zing. Termanology
RS: Looks like some daylight drinking going on there!
RA: Yes I need to update my voice recognition software.
RS: Yeh, that must be the problem.
RA: How was the Head Stock?
RS: Just about to try it out, I will give you a play by play. Not off to a good start, more head than a *hat convention. Strong piney smell, bold and unapologetic.
RA: Zing
RS: Head finally settled enough so I can take a drink without scuba gear. That’s a some spicy meatball! Chip, dip and a second sip. 7% at least. Strong beer.
RA: I was going to warn you that you might need yoghurt dip to cut the spiciness, the label has changed it used to be way cooler.
RS: Easing up a bit, definitely not mellow. It has a bite to it which usually does not go well with head. In this case it seems to work. Very fresh. Using my freeze glass which keeps it ice cold which helps. After one of these you should not be driving a motorcycle or a car, or even a hard bargain. I’m even concerned about walking the dog after this one.
RA: Save a couple of good sips for after you walk the dog to get the full flavour.
RS: A heady brew in every way, but very crisp and hoppy. Enjoying it. Leafs lose in OT but somehow I don’t care. Is it because it’s so early in the season or is it the Head Stock? Time to walk the **darn dog, no Head Stock left. I should have followed your advice.
