This brew poured light golden and hazy with bubbles to spare up top. Mild aroma with a touch of fruit. It was a fizzy first swig. It’s light on flavour, very mild fruit. The carbonation is quite pronounced although it did mellow a bit. No bite or bitters or aftertaste. No hops in the boil according to Sawdust. They say it was dry hopped but instead of crisp it has a bubbly finish. Like a lite session IPA (double lite IPA?).
Normally that fizzy finish would turn me off but it seems to be part of the overall brew makeup and I learned to live with it.
