Editor’s Comment: An RA Sunday night special sip and report review. A MacKinnon farm produce pint is up for a pour and score. RA quaffing a light fruit beer, say it isn’t so! I think I just felt the earth shift on it’s axis a bit. Nothing will ever be the same again.

Is this a beer or a cider? Upon closer inspection it says it’s an alcoholic beverage. OK, I’m in. First sip, sweet. Second sip, tart, third sip and one and I’m done. I enjoyed it as an apéritif, I assume my phone spelled that correctly. Definitely a summertime crushable. Fruit beer, maybe I’m growing a Regina.*

*Editor’s Comment: Fruit beers come in a wide variety of beer and fruit added varieties. Although they have often been marketed to women, they are a style of beer that has been around for thousands of years and are there for everyone to enjoy. But you wouldn’t catch me dead with one of those girlie beers, that’s for sure.
