Another damn umlaut. What is this, German as a second language week? At least I know what it is now. Pronounce it “Mares Tsen” they tell me. How the hell do you pronounce “Tsen”?
Beau’s Night Märzen can has a full moon over the barn with a tractor parked right there. Got to love that tractor. Now that is art! Can I get it framed and in black velvet to replace the dogs playing poker over the fire place? All the can says is amber lager. Good for you Beau’s. I don’t need anyone telling me what type of glass to drink my beer out of, or what the suggested “pairings” are or what it is supposed to taste like. Let the beer do the talking.
