Big, bold and beautiful is the descriptor on the can. I’m a sucker for an all adjective alliteration* so I couldn’t resist grabbing this one off the shelf to add to my beer fridge stock. Truth be told, I didn’t look at any details before quaffing this IPA so I didn’t realize it was a strong beer.
Ice cold glass combined with an ice cold IPA. Easy drinking, refreshing, a touch of bitter but not at all hoppy. In fact surprisingly and refreshingly easy drinking for a 6.5% brew. I really enjoyed this IPA. On the deck, or the dock, or in a muskoka chair, or watching the game from an arm chair, or while standing at the BBQ, or while fishing off the dock (hope the fish don’t bother us), or while driving the motorcycle at a breakneck speed…… well you get the idea, good almost anywhere. Great brew NOB, keep up the good work.
