I gave Collective Arts a tune up a while ago for not featuring more Canadian artists on their cans. This one is from Montreal so it looks like they heard me. Consumer activism in action! Danica Olders from Montreal is doing her best Picasso interpretation, I think? But what do I know, I still think Dogs Playing Poker was a bit far “fetched” and the Beau’s Tractor in the moonlight is a classic.*  But we’re here to do a review de brew, not a revue d’art.

Lemon yellow hazy pour with zip head and a bit of zip in the aroma. A fruit juice yellow to match the aroma of mild fruit with lots of hops. The taste is tropical with a grapefruit tart hoppy finish, but not too tarty for the party.  All in all a well balanced, light and refreshing session IPA. The fizzy finish hung in there like a chin-up champ, but it seemed to work with the mild fruit and hops.

*Editor's Comment: Your ability to review art seems to be similar to your ability to review beer. Questionable at best, objectionable at its worst.
