Brace yourself for a bit of pucker on this one, at 75 IBU the taste will wake up your mouth. But if you like a bold IPA this is a great one. The label says it is small batch brewed in Prince Edward County, but it comes in large 660ml bottles which won’t fit in my beer glass. I guess you could share it with a friend*, but by the time one of my cranky friends gets over here – the beer is long gone. A creative bunch at Lake on the Mountain Brewing Company. The name is catchy, the label is artistic and they nailed the flavour, delivering great taste with high IBU and reasonable alcohol content. My buddy RS is into fishing, so I guess I should offer one to him. I would do that, but I drank all that I had and will have to go out to Prince Edward county to get some more.
