It seems like an endless summer * and here I am on the BBQ deck with a Sawdust City Juicin’. It’s 4:30 somewhere. Love me a fall BBQ. Cooking for myself so no one is complaining about this charred beyond recognition burger, another sacrifice to the BBQ deities. I yearn to burn. And this creation is not just any burger but a super burger with the works. What all is on this burger you ask. Let’s put it this way, I went into the kitchen and the sink was missing.

I also love me a peach, just like old Steve Miller ** and this brew is peachy and I’m keen.

It pours a lovely peach golden hazy with a lighter to darker transition, interesting and attractive. A bright white head on this peach pie, à la Mode. A nice fruit aroma, no hops on the nose. First its fruit and fizz, a bit bubbly but a nice refreshing fruit flavour, peachy. Fizz has settled into an almost mild peach soda finish, and at times a funky fruit fizzy flavour shows up, then backs off. Not hoppy or bitter at all, smooth with a bit of peach fuzz fizz. All in all this brew went great with the BBQ and a perfectly burnt burger. A nice brew for an endless summer BBQ session. Tasty.

*Editor’s Comment: “Endless Summer” is a compilation album by the Beach Boys, released in 1974. A collection of hits from the band's 1962–65 period, “Endless Summer” was released following the success of the movie "American Graffiti" which included two Beach Boys hits on the soundtrack, "Surfin' Safari" and "All Summer Long".

**Editor’s Comment: The reviewer is referring to the Steve Miller song “The Joker” in which Miller sings “I really love your peaches, Wanna shake your tree.”
