I finally had the guts to try this one. Nice pour, nice aroma. Bitter not over the top creamsicly taste. Lots of floaty bits settling. In the parlor my partner parlayed that it has the perfect perfume of peaches*. Halfway through I get the aroma of fresh cut hay, or is that a whiff of marijuana in my brew? You could certainly guzzle this one and end up staggering from the ABV. But it is really more of a good summer sipper, not a guzzler.
It definitely has a bite, a slight orangish one. And as it decants it goes from peaches to pot, not a bad progression. R.A.
