Juice Caboose’s packaging caught my eye. Juicy IPA and Strong Beer is the promise. Seems at 6.8% alcohol the second claim is a no brainer. Made by Railway City Brewing Co. Oh I get it….Railway Brewing and prefix Caboose. Not sure why the psychedelic graphics are associated with a Railway City Brewing Co. but I’m sure going to find out.
Colour is golden and visually opaque. Taste is strong, pleasant but not feeling the juicy anywhere. Drink a few of these and you will get juiced perhaps was the premise of the name. The taste is consistent, bold and for IPA lovers, this is worth a try. I sense after 4 or 5 of these, cranky old men like myself will feel a new bonding with the name of this beverage and hop on board.
