555 Brewery is located in Picton and has been around since 2017. The first time I went there was 2019 and they had this brew at that time. It is part of their mainstay of beers, The Judge, The Jury and The Verdict…. There could also be The Trial” thrown in there, but I’m not sure. The point is they have been at this craft for a good while and they have definitely mastered the Pale Ale. This brew looks great as soon as you pour it. A hazy auburn colour, this is a delicious pale ale. There’s a wonderful hoppy bitterness at the first taste that slowly melds to nice maltiness. It delivers that great pale ale taste without being over the top.
