This IPA from a British brewery might surprise you at first taste. It has a rich red colour and a bite on the first taste that will make you think it’s an Ale, not an IPA. The citrus flavour that has become pretty common in North American IPAs is missing and the result is closer to a British Ale than what we would normally think of as IPA.
Given all that, it has a decent taste, very crisp with a decidedly British Ale flavour profile.
