Stoner Sloth Delilah “I’m too hazy to stop being lazy.”
How slow slow can you go go, don’t leave me hanging on like a yo-yo. * How about as slow as a slo-mo snail.** Or as slow as a stoner sloth.*** Fonger didn’t much care for that simile, I think he said “I resemble that remark.” Foghat recommended making it a slow ride, taking it easy and making it last all night. How slow can you go is a question usually answered when you’re seeing red stuck behind a blue haired driver in a white out. How about slow squared as in Slake’s Slow Slow, the subject of today’s brew review.
We have sampled a few Slakes in our day. We tried on some amber Long Sleeves, and debated the chicken or egg first conundrum while drinking a lemony Hatch. Time to slow things down a bit.

A heady situation.
This Slow Slow was a slow go due to an overflow. A thick sky dome of foam was a heady experience that delayed the inevitable. Some citrus and hops on the nose through the foam fest. First quaff through the froth is a citrus funky fizz with mild bitters on the finish and in the aftertaste. It is a quite alright citrus hops combo. A classic citrus IPA with a nice soft mouthfeel. Very easy drinking, Slow Slow went down fast fast.
